Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                      
HOUSE BILL NO. 62(JUD) "An Act prohibiting employers from                      
discriminating against individuals who use legal products in a legal           
manner outside of work."  Without objection, it was so ordered.                
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 62(JUD) was referred to the State                        
Affairs Committee.
